How the game works

How do I play?

Every brick on the board has a colour, and every door on the edge of the board has one too. Drag a brick along its row or column; if it reaches a door of its own colour with nothing in the way, it leaves the board. Clear every brick to finish the level. Move the wrong brick first and you can block your own path — that is the puzzle.

What are the ice, lock and layer blocks?

• Ice — frozen in place until enough other bricks have left the board.
• Locked — chained shut until you clear the brick holding the key.
• Layered — one colour on top of another; clear the top colour and the one underneath is what remains.
• Shutters — a door panel that opens only after a counter runs down.
• Stone and gaps — dead weight. Stone never moves, and a gap is a cell nothing can enter.

Why is there a timer, and can I turn it off?

Most levels are timed. If you would rather think than hurry, turn on Relax mode in Settings — the clock stops being a fail condition. The game also offers it to you after a loss.

I ran out of lives. What now?

You have five lives. Losing a level costs one, and one comes back every fifteen minutes, up to five. If you do not want to wait, you can watch a rewarded ad for a life instead. Nothing here can be bought.

What are the three boosters?

A clock adds time, a rocket shows you a move worth making, and a saucer smashes any one block you pick. When a booster runs dry, its slot offers a rewarded ad for another use.

Do I have to watch ads?

Mostly. The rewarded ads are entirely your choice — you tap to start one, in exchange for a booster or a life, and ignoring them leaves the game fully playable. There is also a short ad between levels, after a level you have won, every three to five wins; there is none after a level you lost, and none in the opening levels. There are no banner ads.

How do I stop personalised ads?

On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Jamble, and turn tracking off. You will still see rewarded ads when you ask for them; they just will not use your advertising identifier. In regions with a consent form, your answer there controls the same thing.

Is my progress saved anywhere?

On your device only. There is no account and no cloud save, so deleting the app deletes your progress, and a new device starts at level 1.

A level looks impossible. Is it?

It is not. All 240 levels are checked by a solver before they ship, so every one of them has a solution. If you are convinced you have found the exception, email us the level number — we would genuinely like to know.
