These terms cover your use of the Jamble mobile application, published by Bosie Tech. Installing or playing the App means you accept them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Jamble on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The App, its artwork, levels, sounds and code stay ours.
Jamble is free. It contains no in-app purchases. Coins, boosters and lives are in-game items with no cash value, no transferability, and no refund — they are earned by playing, by waiting, or by choosing to watch a rewarded ad, and they exist only on your device.
Rewarded ads are supplied by Google AdMob. We do not control which advertisement you are shown and are not responsible for its content; report anything inappropriate to us and we will pass it on.
Progress is stored on your device, not on a server of ours. We cannot restore it, transfer it between devices, or recover it after an uninstall.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any part of it, including levels, the life system and the boosters. We will not remove anything you paid for, because there is nothing to pay for.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence continue to apply.
